COLIBRÍ, the French–Mexican Ground Follow-up Telescope (FM-GFT) for SVOM, is a 1.3 meter rapid-response optical facility specifically developed for prompt, multi-band observations of GRB afterglows and for delivering sub-arcsecond localizations of optical counterparts for detailed follow-up studies. The telescope operates through a fully automated system that manages the entire workflow—from alert reception to counterpart identification. Commissioning results confirm that the telescope meets design specifications, and this paper presents a comprehensive performance assessment of the system’s capabilities.
