The Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics (RAA) macro package is required for preparing LaTeX manuscripts. The following files are part of the RAA macro package.
RAA macro class file for LaTeX2e using \del{blabla...} (the words will turn red with a line cross them, which means these words will be deleted) and \add{blabla...} (the words will turn blue, which means these words will be added in text)
A python code filtering out marked words (deleted Red, keep Blue)
It accepts original submissions from all over the world and is internationally published and distributed by IOP
