Getting Started:
Login to RAA Website
Select your role as “author”
NOTE: if you has not seen the role of “author”, that means you forgot to select this role when registering, please change your profile by clicking the link "My Profile", then select the “author” role.
2. Submitting an Article:
Step 1: start the submission process by “clicking here” link at the bottom of the page
Select which section you feel is most appropriate for your article
Confirm each item in the check list is correct and check each box
Optionally, you can add any comments you wish to send to the editor
Click “Save and continue”
Step 2: Enter Submission's meta data
Complete the author details. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. Using the “Add Author” button to add more authors Note, first name is given name, and last name is family name.
Add the title and abstract
Enter the keywords of your paper
Click “Save and continue”
Step 3: Upload the submission
Upload a .pdf version of your manuscript
Click “Save and continue”
Step 4: Upload supplementary files
This step is optional. If you have any supplementary files, such as research instruments, data sets, etc., you may add them here
Continue by clicking “Save and continue”.
Step 5: Confirming the submission
Click "Finish Submission" to submit your manuscript. You will receive an acknowledgment by email
3. Responding to Reviews
Log in to your account and click on the linked title of your submission. From the ‘Summary’ page, you will be able to review the fields you entered at the time of submission.
Go to the “Review” section by clicking on “REVIEW ”:
From here you can read the reviewer’s version and the editor’s version. Read or submit comments using the “ Editor/Author” icon. Use the file upload tool to submit any changes for your article.
NOTE: please cc your notification to the Scientific Editor to raa@raa-journal.org, then the Editor Office can keep a track of the review process.
