==============================================================
1. Why can't I register?
-
Your email has
been used. Your email has already been registered in the RAA web system. If you
want to know the registered username, use the link "Forgot your password?" to
get both your username and password.
- Your email is not
a valid email. The RAA web system does not accept email domains like 163 or 126
as valid email addresses, so please use another email address as your
corresponding email address.
2. Why can't I submit after registration?
-
Please note if you
already have a role "Author" in your User Home. Usually, the default
role when registering is "Reader" and the person who registered will not have
the role of "Author" if he/she had not selected the "Author" role when he/she registered.
Please add the role of "Author" by clicking the link "Edit My Profile" under
"My Account."
3. Why haven't I received a "Submission
Acknowledgment" after submitting?
-
If your submission
is successful, you will receive a "Submission Acknowledgment," if
not, please check the trash or spam of your email box. Our system server is new,
so some email systems regard the emails from our web system as spam. If you use
Gmail as your corresponding email, please find the email "Submission Acknowledgment"
and do not mark it as spam. Then, you will receive RAA's email normally in the
future. If not, please try to add RAA's email into your white list, and please
also check the web system frequently for the review status of your submission.
4. How to upload the revised version?
-
Log into your
account and click on the linked title of your submission. From the "Summary"
page, you will be able to review the fields you entered at the time of
submission.
-
Go to the
"Review" section by clicking on "REVIEW":
From here, you
can read the referee's report if it is on the web, read or submit comments
using the "Editor/Author" icon. Use the file upload tool to submit the revised
version of your article (a tar/rar file includes your tex file and ps/eps figures) together with a cover letter with your reply to each of referee's comments, as well as with any other major changes.
-
NOTE: please do
send a notification to the Scientific Editor of your article to let him know
your revised version has been returned, and please do cc your
notification to the Scientific Editor to raa@raa-journal.org, so that the
Editorial Office can keep track of the review process, and in case the
Scientific Editor cannot receive your email, the RAA Editorial Office can send
a reminder to him.
5. Who should
I request for the review status of my article?
-
After your
article is sending to a Scientific Editor, please contact the Scientific Editor
directly Should you have any question regarding the reviewing process.
